The warmer air always brings a touch of spring and reminds me so I have a busy season ahead. I can’t wait to get outside and photograph all those beautiful couples surrounded by stunning countryside views!
Here are some photos from the wedding of Simon & Jennie from last Summer. They booked me almost a year before their wedding day and were both a bit nervous about the wedding photos, not knowing what to expect from their photographer and were perhaps a bit aprehensive of the poses they would need to do.  As a photographer I always ensure I take time to talk to the couples and hopefully put their mind at ease, I want to try and make sure they enjoy taking their wedding photos! This is why I always feel a pre-wedding photo shoot is so beneficial for both the couple and myself.
The pre wedding shoot gave Simon and Jennie a chance to get comfortable around the camera and gave us the opportunity to get to know each other better. Thankfully after the pre-wedding shoot they were both totally at ease with me.
The wedding ceremony was at a beautiful church in the Cotswold countryside. The location was a particular favourite of mine and the whole overall countryside feel of the wedding day was amazing.
Jennie looked stunning in her backless dress and the lavender bridesmaids dresses complimented the whole style of this wedding perfectly. I especially enjoyed capturing those special moments the couple shared with their son during the day.
Caputuring those special moments that friends and family will treasure forever is so important… no pressure on me then!
The wedding reception was held at the Caswell house barn in the middle of  the Oxfordshire countryside. Perfect location for a gorgeous wedding!
Hope you enjoy going through these pictures, Spring is on the way!
